Terms of Service

These terms cover using Animatoa, a browser-based motion showcase tool operated by zeppelin.works. By using the app you're agreeing to them — if something here doesn't sit right, email hello@animatoa.com before you rely on the product.

What Animatoa is

Animatoa lets you drop a photo into a template, tweak the animation, and export a video — entirely in your browser, with nothing uploaded to a server unless you explicitly turn on cloud sync. It's provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it'll always be available, bug-free, or that any particular browser will be supported forever.

Accounts

Trying a template and tweaking it costs nothing and needs no account. Exporting a video, and saving or syncing a project, requires a free account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account — tell us right away at hello@animatoa.com if you think someone else has access to it.

Your content

You own whatever you create with Animatoa — the photos you drop in, the projects you build, and the videos you export. We don't claim any rights to them. Since rendering happens locally, we generally never see your content at all; the only exception is if you explicitly sync a project to the cloud, in which case it's stored privately under your account (see our Privacy Policy).

You're responsible for having the rights to whatever you upload into a template — don't use Animatoa to create content that infringes someone else's copyright, is illegal, or violates someone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Don't use Animatoa to:

• Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service itself without our written permission.

We can suspend or terminate an account that violates this, without a refund for that billing period.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is free forever, with a watermark and a 1080p export cap. The Pro plan removes the watermark, unlocks 4K, and is billed monthly or yearly through Dodo Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel — you can cancel any time from your account, and you'll keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for. Availability

We aim to keep Animatoa reliably available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — the service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

Limitation of liability

Animatoa is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent allowed by law, zeppelin.works isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Animatoa after a change means you accept the update.
